Adobe Acrobat PDF file. To view Adobe Acrobat PDF files you will need the free Adobe Acrobat Reader Software. Version 6.x or above is required.

Acrobat PDF Forms: There is a quirk with Acrobat PDF forms that forms can only be filled in when opened in the web browser, and then saved to your hard drive. If you save the form first to your hard drive, and then try to fill out the form, and then try to save it, you may receive an error message that will not allow you to save the form.

Helpful hint: To save a PDF file directly to your hard drive without first opening it in your browser, right-click (control-click on the Macintosh) on the link and choose "Save Target As...", or "Save Link Target As", or "Save Link As", or "Download Link to Disk".
