Partial searches are also allowed in some of the form fields. For example typing

The following is an explanation of the fields in the Flood Drawing Index form. Many
of the fields won’t be visible until after a search is performed.

The number that references the drawing.

Agency:
|
The name of the agency that prepared the drawing.
|
|
Facility Name:
|
The name of the flood control facility/structure.
|
|
Type:
|
The category of drawing.
|
|
Firm:
|
The firm which constructed the facility/structure.
|
|
City:
|
The city the facility/structure is located in.
|
|
Tract:
|
The parcel number the facility/structure is located in.
|
|
Drawing Date:
|
The date the drawing was completed.
|
|
As Built Date:
|
The date the facility/structure was built.
|
|
US Station:
|
Upper limit range that is usually a higher value than the downstream station in
a flood control facility
|
|
US Limit:
|
Nearest land mark that the upstream station is located (i.e. street, railroad, etc.)

DS Station:
|
Lower limit range that is usually a lower value than the upstream station in a flood
control facility
|

DS Limit:
|
Nearest land mark that the downstream station is located (i.e. street, railroad,
etc.)

Right-of-way easement/fee

|
Document number of maintenance agreement.
