Bid Opening Date: May 11, 2011 at 2:00 P.M.

Advertising Starts: March 2, 2011

Engineer's Estimate: $77.5 Million (does not include contingency)

Construction Duration: 430 Working Days

Pre-Bid Meeting: A pre-bid meeting was held at 10:00 a.m. on March 17, 2011 at the Green River Golf Club clubhouse located at 5215 Green River Road, Corona, CA, 92880. Attendance at the pre-bid meeting was not mandatory, but highly recommended for all contractors bidding the PROJECT. The pre-bid meeting allowed prospective bidders an opportunity to discuss the PROJECT and receive clarification on the Bid Package. In order to minimize disturbance to the public (e.g., campers, golfers, bicyclists, pedestrians, and businesses), non-mandatory job site tours will be provided and coordinated by MWH, Americas, Inc. Information on the job site tours was provided during the pre-bid meeting and is announced online at: http://www.ocflood.com/SARI_schedule.aspx

Questions regarding interpretation of the Bid Package were not answered at the pre-bid meeting, but will be addressed thereafter via issuance of a formal written bulletin. Subcontractors, material suppliers and vendors were encouraged to attend.
