Bid Opening Date: April 27, 2011 at 2:00 P.M.

Advertising Starts: March 15, 2011

Engineer's Estimate: $4.09 Million

Construction Duration: 240 Working Days

Pre-Bid Meeting: A pre-bid meeting will be held on April 13, 2011 at 10 A.M at the confluence of Huntington Beach Channel and Talbert Channel (please see Pre-bid Exhibit for direction to the location). Attendance of the pre-bid meeting is highly recommended for all contractors bidding the PROJECT. The pre-bid meeting allowed prospective bidders an opportunity to visit the PROJECT site, discuss the PROJECT and receive clarification of the Bid Package. Questions regarding interpretation of the Bid Package will not be answered at the meeting, but will be addressed thereafter via issuance of a formal written bulletin. Subcontractors, material suppliers and vendors are encouraged to attend.
