Advertising Starts: January 26, 2011
Engineer's Estimate: $7.3 Million (does not include contingency)
Construction Duration: 200 Working Days
Pre-Bid Meeting: A pre-bid meeting was held on Thursday, February
3, 2011, at 10:00 a.m. at the Green River Golf Club clubhouse located at 5215 Green
River Road, Corona, CA, 92880.
Attendance at the pre-bid meeting was highly recommended for all contractors
bidding the PROJECT. The pre-bid meeting allowed prospective bidders an opportunity
to visit the PROJECT site, discuss the PROJECT and receive clarification of the
Bid Package. Questions regarding interpretation of the Bid Package were not answered
at the meeting, but will be addressed thereafter via issuance of a formal written
bulletin. Subcontractors, material suppliers and vendors were encouraged to attend.
