Construction Projects for the Orange County Flood Control District
(OCFCD) are advertised and awarded in accordance with provisions of the Public Contract
Code. Contracts are awarded to the lowest responsible bidder as required by the
Code.
Qualified construction firms interested in bidding flood control construction projects
can obtain information about the available projects currently accepting bids. Contractors
can also obtain information about how to obtain plans, special provisions and how
to submit bids.
