Project Information

From upstream of Hoover Street to Cedarwood Avenue, install a 9-foot-wide by 7.5 ft. high RCB to the existing 37 ft. wide reinforced concrete channel along Hazard Avenue. Maintain openings between the box culvert and reinforced concrete channel for hydraulic connectivity.

From Cedarwood Avenue to downstream of Beach Blvd., remove the existing trapezoidal channel and 30 ft. wide rectangular channel and replace these with a composite rectangular channel and box culvert similar to the downstream improved section.

Remove the POE Drive culvert and reconstruct a free-span bridge over the bank.
